The Process

Laundry that gets treated like yours.

We started Linen & Co. because we kept getting our shirts back greyer than we sent them. The neighbourhood places mix everyone's loads, use industrial-strength detergent on a delicate cycle, and stamp a number on your bag.

We do it differently. Every order is sorted by colour and fabric weight on arrival. Whites get a separate machine. Anything labelled "dry clean only" gets a second pair of eyes before it goes anywhere near water. The detergents are gentle, the wash cycles are deliberately slower, and your clothes come back the way you put them in — minus the dirt.

We are based in Pasig and serve twelve barangays across Metro Manila. The route is small on purpose. We'd rather be the laundry your friend recommends than the one with a fleet.

Twelve barangays, three pickup days each.

Outside our zones? Drop-off at the Pasig facility is welcome any time. We also do bulk pickup for offices, dorms, and condos by arrangement.

The things you'd want to know.

Every order is inspected on arrival and any pre-existing damage, missing buttons, or visible stains are photographed and noted on the intake slip you receive. If a stain doesn't lift, we won't charge you for the stain treatment. If we cause new damage, we replace the item at fair market value — no arguing, no fine print.
Yes. Every garment is barcode-tagged on arrival and tracked through wash, finishing, and delivery. In the rare case we lose a piece, we reimburse up to ₱10,000 per item against a clear photo or receipt — and we cover any agreed amount above that for high-value pieces declared at intake.
Standard wash & fold is 24 hours from pickup. Same-day service is available on weekday pickups booked before 10 am, for an express fee. Dry cleaning takes 48 hours; bedding and specialty pieces take 72. We text you at every stage so there are no surprises.
No problem. You can leave the bag with a doorman, building reception, or in a designated spot — we'll send a photo confirmation as proof of pickup. For condos, we coordinate directly with security if you give us permission at booking. Cash on pickup is not required; we bill after delivery.
GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and all major credit and debit cards through our secure portal. Pay-as-you-go customers are billed after each delivery; subscription plans charge on the 1st of the month. We never ask for payment before pickup.
Yes — these go through our Special Care service, hand-finished by our two most senior cleaners. Wedding gowns are quoted individually after inspection and include archival boxing if you want it. Leather is treated, conditioned, and never put through a regular dry-cleaning cycle. We do not outsource any specialty work.
